How to Use Cell100
Once registered for CELL 100 you can make a call from your cell phone by dialing an access number and follow the prompts.
Important Information
-Account Number = your cell phone number
-PIN number = the last 4 digits of your cell phone number (temporary PIN number), which you can change after activation
-you will use a local or toll free access number to dial into the CELL 100 network
-after purchase, you will be given all access numbers , please print these future reference
How to Make call with CELL 100
After registration, simply choose the appropriate access number and dial into the CELL 100 network.
Example: if you were in the Toronto area, you would use the Toronto local access number to dial into the CELL 100 network, otherwise, you will use the toll free access number.
You will hear the following system prompts:
1. Dial 1 or 011 followed by the destination number
Once correctly dialed, your call will connect and you can begin saving!
The minutes you use will be debited from your CELL 100 prepaid account.
Each time you dial the access number you will hear the balance of your CELL 100 account.
You can replenish your prepaid CELL 100 account as often as you like by purchasing online or with a Customer Service Representative.
Please note
An additional 3¢ per minute charge will be applied when using the toll-free access number.
For example, if using the toll free access number to dial into the CELL 100 network, the per minute charge to call the USA from your cell phone would be: 4¢ per minute to the USA + 3¢ per minute for use of toll free access number = 7¢ per minute total charge to your CELL 100 account.
Airtime is extra, as this is charged by your actual cell phone provider and is dependant on your cell phone plan.
